RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN ASSISTANT

 PART TIME - PERMANENT 

21 HOURS PER WEEK 8.15AM - 3.45PM

SALARY: GRADE 2, SCP point 2 (£11,203 per annum)

We are seeking a well organised, flexible, and committed individual to join our friendly office team.

This is a permanent post, working 21 hours per week, Monday - Wednesday, 38 weeks per year.

Normal working hours are 8.15am to 3.45pm.

The role is front facing and will involve a variety of reception duties, including answering phone calls and assisting the office manager with attendance and a range of administrative duties.

You will have good communication and ICT skills, experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel and have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

You must have a GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above in English, this is essential.

Experience of working in a school and using SIMS software would be advantageous.
