Gippeswyk Community Educational Trust is a dynamic educational organisation comprising of Copleston High School, Rose Hill Primary School and Britannia Primary School and Nursery. You will be based in the Trust HR office at Copleston High School.
We are seeking to appoint a part time HR Administrator to join our busy HR team in this fast-growing environment to provide HR support to the Trust schools. You will work Monday to Thursday 8am – 4pm and Friday 8am – 3.30pm.
You will be enthusiastic and flexible with a friendly disposition and a genuine interest in people. You will have very good communication skills both written and oral and will enjoy working as part of a team. The ability to work professionally and accurately under pressure and to respond to shifting priorities is essential.
Experience of working in HR is desirable, as is an HR qualification, but not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for a good administrator looking to further develop a career in HR or the education sector.
