Copleston High School is a popular 11-18 mixed comprehensive noted for its caring and disciplined atmosphere. It was judged as a ‘good school with outstanding features’ by Ofsted in January 2018. As a school we are committed to raising standards of learning.

Applications are invited from those with suitable experience to join our busy, hardworking and conscientious team of support staff. The position will involve a mixture of reception duties, clerical support and liaising with students and parents. You will also be required to administer First Aid, where necessary, and to maintain appropriate accurate and up-to-date records. A First Aid qualification would be desirable. You should possess good communication and ICT skills. The ability to be flexible and to have good organisation skills will also be a prerequisite to the post.

You will have high standards and be committed to meeting the needs of the school and the wider community. The school has a strong supportive ethos and is deeply committed to the professional development of staff. We offer an excellent induction programme to all colleagues who join us.

You will be expected to work the first week and the last week of the summer holidays and also cover some of the other school holidays as and when required.
