Copleston High School is a popular 11-18 mixed comprehensive noted for its caring and disciplined atmosphere. It was judged as a ‘good school with outstanding features’ by Ofsted in December 2023. As a school, we are committed to raising standards of learning.
We are looking to appoint a new role for someone who has an interest in Career opportunities for students. The post will be three days per week 8am to 4pm.
You will have overall responsibility for planning systematic career offers for students in Years 7-13. You will also be required to attend meetings, keep the data systems up to date and establish and maintain relationships with external agencies.
You should have English and Maths to GCSE Grade C (or equivalent). Ideally, you will hold a Level 6 Qualification in CEIAG, registered with CDI and have experience of supporting students and providing career guidance. Knowledge of School ICT systems e.g. SIMS would be helpful.
